No Telephono

Sprint disconnected my phone.

I received this harsh news today when I tried to call my voicemail and instead got a automated Sprint man telling me my balance is twice what it should be and my service has been interrupted. Then he tells me my options: press 1 to make a payment or 2 to talk to a Sprint PCS representative. I am pissed and would like to find out why my bill is double so of course I opt for pressing 2.

To my suprise, when you press 2, you do NOT get to speak to a representative. You get to hear an automated Sprint women telling to call Customer Care @ 1-800......

HOW THE FUCK AM I GOING TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE WHEN YOU TURNED OFF MY PHONE?

Needless to say, I am exploring my options.

Fun Fact: Customer Care Centers are a joke. If a business "cares' about you, they will put a real person on the phone; not a robot.
